I purchased My Driver Booster today, August 9, 2018. I did not receive valid licenses codes to activate the product.

I been trying to contact them for the last three and an half hours. Have been hung up on 4 times, transferred to wrong department three times, was told they could not find me three more times. When I have finally reached someone that found my order, I was told that that there was nothing they can do. I asked for my money back, was hung up on.

I have never had such terrible contact ever with any company that I am having with IObit.

Contacted them through email, no reply.

Please, never ever buy any products from IObit ever.

They cannot be trusted. They take your money then run.

Product or Service Mentioned: Iobit Driver Updater.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Did not receive valid license code.
