User's recommendation: I have been using IObit Uninstaller Pro 14 for several years as well as IObit Advance System Care but I never set up with IObit company for auto-renewal payment. At this point, IObit company has charged me multiple payments for the same IObit Uninstaller program. Upon checking my account, I found the following charge on my account: 1)November 2, 2024: Order #665177**-**169**** for the amount of ($12.97) 2)November 11, 2024: Order: #24451**** for the amount of ($31.86) 3)November 03, 2024: Order: #24391**** for the amount of ($19.99) 4)November 3, 2024: Order: #24391**** for an amount of ($13.78), this is the same order number as the previous order but with a different amount. 5)November 11, 2024: Order: #24451**** for the amount of ($31.86) All amounts have been charged to my Card without my permission because I have never set up any automatic renewal payment system, and at this point, I formally request IObit to: a)Remove my Card account number from the IObit system due to this inappropriate charge to my Card account. b)I will contact IObit company if I decide to renew any software. c)Immediate refund of my money that was not authorized to be charged by the IObit company's automatic renewal system. And when you chat with Iobit the parent company they want to charge you for the answer to the problem they caused and allow. What do you think...resale agents name Paddle and when I asked if they were one of their restate authorized agents is when I was asked $5 first to get an answer.

I finally contacted them by phone. I could not find any phone number then realized that my bank had the number on the transaction where they charged my account.

I phoned them. They arranged for me to get a key code via email. They did this immediately after my call. I now have a usable program.

If I had not been able to get a working phone number through my bank this would have been impossible.

The basic issue is that Iobit never attempted to contact me regarding the problem.

I had to track them down with help from my bank. Once I phoned them they were responsive and corrected the problem.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Issue was to stop auto renewal of several products.

Rep tried to get me to renew some or all (his job) but finally agreed to stop all renewals. So far I haven't seen any charges come thru.

Cannot get the Verifone webpage to send a code or page to sign into IObit to stop an auto-renewal of Uninstaller PRO with a license code. Cannot find a live chat or customer phone number.

Beginning to look like a 'shady' and unreliable company to do business with.

Refund my money in my trial period and cancel my subscription

After installing your program and using it for a week, my PC is in the worst condition it's ever been in! Everything is horribly slow, Windows takes an hour to load, and other weird things happen that never happened to me on a PC before!

Therefore, I am asking you to refund my money in my trial period and cancel my subscription immediately! Tomas Karas

No one else has as complicated, and essentially impossible, canceling subscription as you. Your cancel subscription forms cannot be submitted. You are a shady company and I will make you the worst advertisement in the world so that everyone will watch out for you!

And as a podcast creator, I have a great opportunity to warn all my listeners about you!

Please everyone watch out for IObit!

They have deliberately non-functioning support, thus impossible to cancel the subscription! Through their software, the subscription can only be extended, not canceled, this is only possible through customer support, which does not work for them, the forms can not be sent and otherwise it is impossible to communicate with them!
