I usually renew my license to iObit uninstaller Pro every year but last year, they billed me for a bundle of services I didn't want. I was able to get a refund back then but this year they sent me an email that the bundle of products was set to renew again!!

I sent countless emails and tried to remove my CC from the website but there is NO place to log on anywhere!!

They have my card number and will not respond?? That is a TOTAL RIPOFF!!

The uninstaller software is great, but the fact that there is no log on to my account and no customer service info on the website is a BIG concern.

I'm going to report this to my CC company as fraud!!

In the past very good but I have had two issues recently with Iobit: ) The Driver Booster Pro software download gave me the Free version not Pro - no response to my query 2 AMC Security = says link has expired but the expire date is 1st March - no response from Orbit to my query This level of customer service is unacceptable especially as I have paid for these products Philip Hunter

After much hassle I managed to get the programs on one computer but there was no instructions for installing on the other computers. It is thus far my opinion that your programs, as good as they may be, are not set up to encourage repeat purchases.

That has to come from from what you get for your money and a big part of that is customer service, easy access, qualified and dedicated people who want customer satisfaction. Will you provide that?

If not I will be a part of the unsatisfied who will seek a refund within the 60 day period. need to know how to onstall the Pro programs on my other computers now or I will be forced to ask for a refund,

Cannot Install Iobit Advanced System Care Ultimate - Getting Errors

I have been using Iobit Products for years. Always been very happy.

Recently... there was an update and my installation of Advanced System Care Ultimate was booted. I tried reinstalling the app and kept getting a RegCreateKeyEx failed; code 5 error. I tried all online guides and nothing helps.

I have tried to contact Iobit customer support many times.

They dont seem to have a phone number. The online feedback form is not working. Whenever I fill it out... I get sent to a blank page.

I am frustrated beyond imagination. The customer service is totally opaque. Cannot contact them. I have been missing months of my paid subscription and all attempts to contact the company have failed.

All I want is to be able to install and use the program.

It is excellent.

However I am locked out and cannot use the app. My money is being wasted.

I was required to uninstall my IObit programs

I am on the campus of Marquette University. I visited our technical support office regarding interference problems due to multiple security programs on my computers. Technical support uninstalled all my IObit programs to solve the interference problems. I am now wondering whether I am eligible to receive any refunds from uninstalled programs. I was charged without notice.

I was charged for re-newal without them first checking with me. I purchase the christmas special 5 programs for $29.99 and they had charged me $172.88 for programs that i never recieved, which I wouldve cancel, the christmas special is the same except with lower prices. I am attempting to get my refund but they make it so difficult. what is happening to this iobit that was so good. they really don't give you a way to contact them. help Jesse R.
